Rules, Safety and Additional Info
Dogs are permitted as long as they are on leash while outside at ALL TIMES. Any damages will be your responsibility and costs will be levied accordingly. NO CATS.
Guest access
You have complete access and privacy within the partially fenced yard. The cabin is a stand alone rental for you and your other registered guests only.
Other things to note
Due to high water table and minerals in area, water from taps appear yellow. This is not harmful. However, for guests preference, there is a water cooler for drinking water provided.

Additional rules
- Before checkout, clean up after yourself. Please hang wet towels, sweep floors and wipe used sticky surfaces. All dishes must be washed. A cleaning fee will be applied if not complete.
- No entering private residence property beyond fencing. Must contact and we will come to you.
- Wipe feet before entering hot tub to eliminate sand and debris.
- Only burn wood and paper in Bonfire and Stone oven. NO CIGARETTE BUTTS!
- Most importantly, respect the space that has been provided. Any damages will result in fees charged and being blocked from booking the cabin again.

Whether you enjoy walking, running, biking, cross-country skiing, or ATV riding, this trail has something for everyone. Just a few kilometers east on the Dawson, it’s the perfect spot for a day of adventure—so bring your gear, pack a lunch, and explore!
Hungry or interested in playing some mini golf? Try out the delicious food at Geppetto’s & Sandy’s Snack Shack and play at the beautiful mini golf course located just a few kilometers west from us on highway #1.
Art and Heritage: The Dawson Trail Commemorative Project features 15 new wayfinding markers and a series of permanent art exhibits highlighting the traditional place names and the historic legacy of the first all-Canadian access road linking the east with the prairies of the west.
